**Position Title: Inventory Control Executive (Demo)** **Location: Damansara Height** **Tenure : Permanent** **Working hours: Standard** **Responsibilities** - Manage and control demo stock and country inventory while working closely with business partners. - Handle demo equipment loans — track issued items, monitor due dates, and ensure timely return or extension. - Maintain accurate inventory and loan records in **SharePoint** and ensure reports are updated regularly. - Prepare **aged and overdue reports** for country and management reviews, aiming to achieve _Aged & Overdue < 10%_. - Coordinate with the Sales team for demo items converted to sales and follow up on buyout processes. - Organize monthly meetings with business partners and regional teams to review performance and country issues. - Arrange the return of aged demo units to the **Regional Return Center (Singapore)**. - Prepare management overview reports and assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned. **Requirements**: - Diploma or Degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**. - Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with regional stakeholders. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong follow-up and coordination skills. - Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in **Microsoft Excel**; experience with SharePoint is an advantage. **Additional Information** - This role will support **Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia** for demo and inventory operations. - The position focuses on managing **demo stock** products used for client demonstrations or testing ensuring they are properly tracked, returned, or converted to sales on time. - **Need to do inventory control and ordering, contract renewal, invoice/quotation issuance** **Job Type**: Permanent Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Have you prepared invoices or quotations before? **Experience**: - Inventory control: 2 years (required) **Language**: - Mandarin (required) Work Location: In person
