RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Inventory Management & Control

  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels in the inventory system (Sato inventory system & SAP B1 system)
  • Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
  • Perform FIFO method.
  • Investigate stock variances and prepare adjustment reports with justifications.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, returns) are updated promptly.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc inventory reports (e.g., stock aging, movement, variance analysis).
  • Maintain updated records for GRN, DO, invoice, and internal transfer documents.
  • Monthly and year-end closing by ensuring inventory data accuracy.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with operation, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Support auditors or management during stock audits and inventory verification.
  • Communicate with logistics providers (third party).

Compliance & System Maintenance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and inventory procedures.
  • Support system improvement and process standardization to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in ERP or system testing related to inventory modules.

Other Duties

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and inventory procedures.
  • Monitor slow-moving or obsolete stock and propose actions for clearance or disposal.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by superior or management.

REQUIREMENTS :-

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM level, Diploma in Logistics or any other related field.
  • Preferably specializing in Logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years work experience in related field such as Inventory Control/ Warehouse Management or equivalent
  • Computer literate and data entry experience is required.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data handling.
  • Positive attitude and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, simple English (both written and spoken)
  • Preferably male and must be physically fit.
  • Preferably with knowledge of pallet jacks and other heavy equipment.
