Job Responsibilities

Inventory & Store Management


• Oversee daily store operations, including the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials, equipment, and F&B items.


• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and timely system updates.


• Monitor consumption patterns to support demand forecasting, procurement planning, and consistent supply of products.


• Implement strict controls to minimize stock variances, wastage, and pilferage, ensuring proper storage, housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards.


• Uphold FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure temperature- or expiry-sensitive items are properly managed.


• Coordinate closely with F&B, Facilities, and Procurement teams on reordering cycles, stock replenishment, and vendor performance.


• Maintain a well-organized store layout to promote efficiency and audit readiness.

Reporting & Compliance


• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, internal audit requirements, and statutory regulations.


• Supervise, coach, and develop store personnel in proper stock handling, documentation accuracy, and system utilization.


• Enforce documentation discipline for receiving, issuance, and return transactions.


• Support management in identifying cost-saving opportunities through efficient stock control and supplier coordination.

Financial & Process Support


• Validate supplier invoices against purchase orders, delivery records, and established SOPs.


• Support the Finance and Accounts Payable teams in cost verification and expense clarification.


• Demonstrate strong cost awareness and numerical discipline in stock valuation and usage tracking.


• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing store processes and implementing best practices for operational efficiency and cost control.

Job Requirements


• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Facilities Management, or a related field.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management — preferably within facilities management, F&B, or retail environments.


• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, stock control procedures, and compliance requirements.


• Proficiency in inventory or ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage.


• Demonstrated attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Hands-on operational experience with a proactive and cost-conscious mindset.


• Effective leadership and people management skills, capable of training and supervising store staff.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Procurement.
