**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with basic maintenance and repair work at company premises and outlets, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and equipment installation tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of outlets, storerooms, and facilities; report damages and assist in repair works.
- Support delivery and collection of goods, equipment, or documents between the office and outlets using the company van or lorry.
- Ensure company vehicles (van/lorry) are always in good working condition, clean, and properly maintained.
- Ensure own driving license and Goods Driving License (GDL) are always valid and renewed before expiry.
- Assist with setup, moving, and installation of shelves, signboards, or other fixtures at outlets as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Experience in basic maintenance work is an advantage.
- **Must have a valid GDL license and able to drive van & lorry.**:

- Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel to outlets and work outside the office as required.

**Tanggungjawab**:

- Membantu kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan asas di premis & outlet syarikat termasuk pembaikan kecil, kerja elektrikal, paip, pertukangan, mengecat, dan pemasangan peralatan.
- Melakukan pemeriksaan berkala ke atas outlet, stor dan fasiliti; melaporkan kerosakan dan membantu kerja pembaikan.
- Membantu penghantaran & pengambilan barangan, peralatan atau dokumen antara pejabat & outlet menggunakan van atau lori syarikat.
- Memastikan kenderaan syarikat (van/lori) sentiasa dalam keadaan baik, bersih, kemas & diselenggara dengan sempurna.
- Memastikan lesen memandu & Lesen GDL sendiri sentiasa sah & diperbaharui sebelum tarikh luput.
- Membantu kerja-kerja susun atur, pindah barang, pemasangan rak atau papan tanda di outlet jika diperlukan.
- Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan & memastikan kawasan kerja sentiasa bersih & teratur.
- Melaksanakan apa-apa tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan dari masa ke semasa.

**Syarat-syarat**:

- Minimum SPM atau setaraf.
- Berpengalaman dalam kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan asas adalah satu kelebihan.
- **Mempunyai Lesen GDL yang sah & mahir memandu van & lori.**:

- Sihat tubuh badan & sanggup melakukan kerja fizikal.
- Bertanggungjawab, berdisiplin & boleh bekerja secara berdikari & berkumpulan.
- Bersedia untuk bekerja di luar pejabat & ke outlet bila diperlukan.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
