**Location: Pulau Indah**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that processes required for the **QEFSMS** (Quality, Environment, Food Safety Management System) are established, implemented, and maintained.
- Coordinate both **internal and external audits**.
- Organise **management review meetings**, including preparing the agenda, slides, and meeting minutes.
- Manage **documentation, records, and data control** for QEFSMS.
- Ensure **compliance with procedures** and adherence to QEFSMS requirements.
- Conduct **vendor evaluations and audits**.
- Oversee **calibration and pest control activities**.
- Supervise the **QC process** (incoming, in-progress, and outgoing).
- Report on **monthly rejections** to both management and suppliers.
- Prepare **bi-weekly meeting content** for operational meetings.
- Attend **Food Safety Team** and **EMS Committee meetings**.
- Investigate **non-conformities** in products and processes.

**Job Specifications**
- Minimum **Diploma** in **Food Science**, **Environmental Science**, **Process Engineering**, **Logistics Management**, or any related field.
- At least **2 years of working experience** in the **food** or **manufacturing industry**.
- Strong **analytical** and **problem-solving skills**.
- Excellent **documentation skills** are essential.
- **Computer literate**.
- Able to **communicate** and **write** fluently in both **English**, **Malay and Mandarin (Preferably)**.
- **Willingness to work** at **Pulau Indah**.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
