**What We’re Looking For**:

- A fresh graduate or early-career professional with a background in **digital marketing** or **business studies** (preferably B2B or SaaS).
- Knowledge of **SEO, SEM, Google Analytics**, and social media marketing.
- Strong communication skills in **English and Bahasa Melayu** and a flair for storytelling.
- **Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms**: Knowledge of **SEO, SEM**, programmatic advertising, and marketing automation tools like **HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot**. Experience with **Google Analytics 4** and **data visualization tools** (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to derive actionable insights from campaigns.
- **Social Media and Content Marketing Expertise**: Familiarity with creating targeted campaigns on platforms like **LinkedIn**, **Twitter**, and **Instagram** (for B2B storytelling) and leveraging **content marketing tools** like **Canva**, **BuzzSumo**, or **Hootsuite** for engagement and tracking.
- **AI-Driven Marketing Acumen**: Ability to use AI-powered tools for content creation (e.g., **ChatGPT**, **Jasper**) and campaign optimization (e.g., **Adzooma**, **MarketMuse**).
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Experience in **AB testing**, **conversion rate optimization**, and analyzing lead funnels to improve ROI-driven campaigns.
- **Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Knowledge**: Understanding how to create **personalized marketing strategies** for key accounts and leveraging tools like **Demandbase** or **Terminus** to execute ABM campaigns.
- **Storytelling and Multilingual Communication**: Excellent communication skills in **English and Bahasa Melayu**, with the ability to create **compelling narratives** and tailored messages for different audience personas and market segments.
- **Customer Journey Mapping and Personalization**: Familiarity with tools like **Dynamic Yield**, **Optimizely**, or **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** to deliver hyper-personalized campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
- **Collaboration and Adaptability**: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams in a **fast-paced SaaS environment**. Agile marketing experience is a plus.
- **Emerging Trends Awareness**: Keeping up with trends like **generative AI**, **sustainability marketing**, and **privacy-first strategies** to remain competitive in 2024's digital marketing landscape.
