**We're Hiring**:Digital Marketing Executive

Horuz Technology Sdn Bhd is looking for a passionate and creative **Marketer** to join our growing team

**Location**: CBD 2 Cyberjaya
**Working Hours**: 9 am - 6pm
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage the digital marketing calendar (campaigns, launches, seasonal pushes)

*Social Media & Content
- Plan and manage social media content across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Collaborate with the creative team for visuals, videos, and content
- Monitor trends and recommend content improvements

*Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Monitor ad performance and adjust budget & targeting as needed
- Generate performance reports

*Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics across channels using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- Compile weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Handle SEO and website content updates
- SEO
- Conduct keyword research to support content creation
- Optimize website pages, blog posts, and landing pages for SEO
- Manage and monitor Google Search Console and other SEO tools
- Conduct basic technical SEO audits with the IT/dev team

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Familiar with digital ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Center)
- Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools is a plus
- Strong writing and communication skills (Bahasa Melayu & English)
- Analytical and data-driven mindset

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
