**JOB PURPOSE**

Responsible for daily Operations Administration Work, Inventory Management, Prepare STO for Branch Transfer, Process Scrapping in System, arrangement for Products Destructions with KA and Perform Return to Principal (RTP).

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with others Team members in different business unit to ensure smooth Administrative/ Operational and practices are imposed in compliance with Company Policy.
- For Inbound Receiving, the incumbent need to raise STO for inter branch transfer and revert Branch Transfer back to DC, Shah Alam correctly as per requested Qty by Clients or Internally.
- The incumbent needs to ensure all the BT put away slip all timely and correctly encoded in System for Clients or Customer Representative Service to release order.
- Initiate stock withdrawal for client and stock transfer to Distribution Centre and Kuching Branch by creating STO.
- Perform stock adjustment activities and Stock conversion (MIGO) Transaction for sample requisition, tender stock or Patient-Based program and communicate with Warehouse Team accordingly.
- Populate all the Short Expiry stock monthly and pass to Warehouse Team for Location Transfer to Block Location.
- Write off Short expiry, expired stock and damaged stock upon shipment arrival after obtaining approval from clients.
- Involve in inventory counts during cycle counts and Annual Stock take and provide support in other areas such as PI Count encoding to System.
- Backup Personnel for Operation Admin Assistant when she/ he not around.
- Assigns, reviews, and oversees the work of staff, and train staff in stock handling and Return Process.
- Ensure compliance with Company ISO, GDPXP Procedures and guidelines
- Any others relevant and duties assigned from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field
- Logistic warehousing and distribution for pharmaceutical industry or related fields.
- PC skills/ data entry, telephone handling techniques

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
