**Front Desk Receptionist - Dental Clinic**
- Location: Klinik Pergigian Rakyat Dental _
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday OFF, selective public holidays)_
- Full-Time Position_

We are looking for a **friendly, professional, and presentable Front Desk Receptionist** to be the face of our dental clinic. If you have a good attitude, enjoy interacting with people, and are committed to excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly and professionally
- Handle appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently
- Maintain patient records and support clinic operations
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming
- Administrative tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Pleasant and polite personality** with excellent communication skills
- Strong **customer service** and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- **Reliable, punctual, and organized**:

- Basic computer skills (clinic software training will be provided)
- Prior experience in healthcare/dental reception is a plus but not required

**Working Hours**:

- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Mondays OFF
- Off on selective public holidays

This is a **front-facing, full-time** role - commitment and professionalism are a must.
