Join our NEW team in Malaysia as part of a dynamic, global team of 40 across Malaysia, Singapore, and Korea. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our regional teams, including those in Singapore and Korea, to build branding for our exciting portfolio of Korean brands such as Beauty of Joseon, Needly, Tirtir and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

**Compensation, Payroll & Benefits**
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory contributions.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage employee benefits effectively and cost-efficiently.
- Review and enhance HR policies and employee handbook to ensure alignment with market best practices and business goals.

**HR Operations & Administration**
- Manage daily HR operations including leave, attendance, and general office administration.
- Supervise administrative team to support office functions and facilities management.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal HR policies.

**Reporting & Compliance**
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation for management review.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle other HR-related and administrative tasks as needed

**Preferred**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar human resources role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
