**Responsibilities**:

- To manage daily operations of fiber installers team such as scheduling work assignments, fulfilment and assurance completion
- To provide technical support to the team as and when required
- Track and monitor sufficient inventory on fiber devices for installers to complete their task
- Conduct weekly meeting/ briefing with the Maxpert team on updates and performance
- To track and monitor on company performance in meeting the customer’s SLA/KPI
- Map out the process flow for set SLAs and ensure all Maxpert / Coordinator / Technical Specialist follow the given processes strictly.
- Provide guidance and assist in the training for less experienced staff to ensure adhering to expected standard in carrying out their duties
- Provide daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting to internal management and business partner in timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Fiber installation field (technical and/ or operational)
- Knowledge or Fiber installation process and general technical support understanding
- Additional advantage if possess CA1C/CA2C/ CWT and CFOT certificates
- Demonstrated attention to detail, proactive and results driven.
- Willing to be located at Vendor’s office
- Process Own Transport (motorcycles or cars)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
