**Job Overview**:
**Work Location**:Remote

**Language Requirement**:Must be fluent in both Chinese and English

**Probation Period**:2 months (excellent performers may be offered a permanent position earlier; 80% salary during probation)

**Salary Range**:RM2500-RM3200

**Evaluation Method**:
There will be a performance evaluation at the end of the month, conducted by supervisors and peers. Evaluation results will impact salary and promotions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the planning and execution of ad placement strategies.
- Handle preliminary discussions and communications with platforms.
- Ensure all clients successfully join corporate WeChat or group chats.
- Continuously search for and develop new collaboration platforms.
- Analyze market trends and competitors, providing market research and analysis reports to support business decisions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Must be fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Creative thinker capable of coming up with unique marketing strategies and creative plans.
- Acute insights into market trends and consumer behaviors, with an understanding of target customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with a variety of clients.
- Experience in ad placements or real estate sector is a plus.
- Ability to efficiently solve problems and a strong sense of responsibility towards work.
- Adaptability to a remote working environment.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
