**Job requirement**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Operations Management**, **Supply Chain Management**, **Business Administration**, **Manufacturing Management**, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in planning and warehouse management
- Highly skilled in attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Adaptable with strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Competence in inventory management.
- Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with your team responsibility
- Proven ability in leading a team in a result-oriented environment

**Job responsibility**:

- Responsible for day-to-day operational of warehouse & stamping activities, ensuring right products received and delivered to internal or external customers.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of updates and transaction processing for both warehouse and stamping activities
- Ensure all stamping lines are operating at full capacity
- Monitor and manage all rejections during the process
- Timely updates and monitoring of stamping output, comparing planned vs. actual results for staff efficiency
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments in smoothen the processes.
- Enforce proper housekeeping and compliance to the standards required by company and compliance with safety, environmental and health law requirements
- Promote and implement strategic continuous improvement plan in Warehouse & Stamping activities
- Responsible for monitoring staff discipline and handling other administrative tasks
- Other duties assigned as require from superior
