**Position Overview**

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of projects within the Project Management Office (PMO) & Strategy Transformation Office. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver the intended business value. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive alignment, manage risks, and achieve strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Planning & Execution**
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closure).
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals.

**Governance & Reporting**
- Adhere to PMO methodologies, frameworks, and governance standards.
- Maintain project documentation (plans, risks, issues, budgets, status reports).
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Engage with business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure requirements are met.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.

**Risk & Issue Management**
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and escalate critical issues when required.
- Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.

**Change & Adoption Support**
- Work with Change Management and Corporate Comms teams to support adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions as needed.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in digital transformation, IT, or operations.
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience in startups, scale-ups, or transformation-heavy environments is highly desirable.

- Reports to**:Head of Unit (Program Manager), PMO & Strategy Transformation Office**:

- Works closely with: Business Analysts, System Analysts, Change Management, Corporate Comms, and IT/Product teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
