**JUNIOR INVENTORY EXECUTIVE**
- **REPORT TO : Asst. Manager (Supply Chain Management) **_

**Responsibilities**

**Job Summary**: Responsible for general store operations, and accounted for hospital inventory to tally with physical stocks, with the system and bin cards. To oversee fix assets management including recording, tracking, and maintenance of fixed assets. To assist and support Superior in administrative and operational matters relating to the department.

**Major Duty**:
Working with team to provide efficient service to all operating functions - Clinics, Operating Theater, Ward, etc.

**Core responsibilities**:
1. Make available a balance of all materials-consumable and upkeep item to make sure un-interrupted supply/services to internal departments

2. Inspect all incoming items for quality, expiry date and accepting stock

3. Managing Store Daily Activities with Storekeeper, includes trigger Internal Requisition (IR), Issues and Dispatch without loss of time, maintain up to date stock records

4. To ensure the charging to each issuer voucher in a manner so that the money spent is properly allocated

5. To carry out cycle checking and do stock reconciliation for all departments

6. To perform half year stock take and trouble shoot for variances

7. Monitor and ensure smooth flow of consignment activities : top up, record and cycle checking, issue arise from consignment

8. Take charge in monitoring medical equipment PPM contract, liaising with internal departments and vendor for services scheduling

9. Maintaining relevant record and document, and labelling for fixed assets

10. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Skills**

1. Familiar with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word

6. Proficient in written & spoken English and strong communication skill

7. 1 to 2 years Store and Inventory Experience

8. Applicant must be a Malaysian Citizen

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
