Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Social Media Designer to engage with our audience through visually compelling and informative social content. This role focuses on executing designs and managing day-to-day social media tasks, with growth potential to become a Social Media Specialist. Reporting to our Social Media Lead, you will work closely with our marketing, business development, and customer experience teams to create a cohesive social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Develop on-brand visuals and video content for social media, ensuring high-quality, engaging designs that connect with our audience.
- Organize and schedule posts to maintain consistent engagement and content flow.
- Respond to direct messages and comments to foster a positive, engaging community.
- Track and report social performance metrics using Excel, offering insights to support content decisions.
- Work alongside the marketing division to brainstorm & synchronize the Social Media Calendar with overall Marketing Calendar.
- Support the implementation of campaigns, such as KOL and social media ads, aligning them with social media strategies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the social media and marketing teams.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design / video editing with a keen interest in Social Media Trends
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and basic video editing.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and Excel for analytics tracking.
- Creative writing skills in English; knowledge of Chinese/Cantonese is a plus.
- Passionate about social media and online engagement trends.
- Proactive, can-do attitude and a team player. Prior experience in health tech or similar industries is an advantage.
