Role Description

We're looking for a creative and driven
Social Media Content Designer
to join our marketing team. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, love creating content for fast-moving digital platforms, and have hands-on experience in both graphic design and motion graphics, this role is for you.

You'll work closely with the marketing team to ideate social content plans and bring them to life through static and animated visuals—tailored for crypto-friendly platforms, especially
X/Twitter
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and shape content ideas, themes, and social media plans.
  • Produce high-quality
    static designs
    , illustrations, and graphics for social media content.
  • Create
    animated assets
    , short motion graphics, and engaging visuals for use across X/Twitter and other platforms.
  • Adapt content to match platform trends, audience behavior, and campaign objectives in the crypto space.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs while exploring new creative directions.
  • Keep up with social media trends, design styles, and the latest content formats used in the Web3 and crypto ecosystem.
  • Manage a content production pipeline to deliver assets on time for posting schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, content design, or social media content creation.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both
    static
    and
    animated
    design work (motion graphics is a must).
  • Proficiency in design and motion tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with
    crypto-friendly platforms
    , especially X/Twitter.
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and storytelling.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and execute ideas with minimal supervision.
  • Experience creating meme-style content, reels, or short-form videos.
