Job Description Define and implement quality standards for all aspects of fulfillment operations, including order processing, packaging, shipping, and customer service by developing performance measuring matrix Monitor and evaluate fulfillment processes to ensure they adhere to established quality standards and procedures and meet the desired performance benchmark. Plan and execute regular audits of fulfillment activities to identify areas of non-compliance, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Lead investigations into performance upgrade, quality incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. Explore and implement technology solutions, such as automation and data analytics, to enhance quality control and monitoring. Job Requirement At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in fulfillment/distribution centre industry at a management level. Strong project management skills. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in quality assurance, operations management, or a related field within a fulfillment or distribution center environment. In-depth knowledge of fulfillment center operations, supply chain processes, and industry best practices related to quality assurance. Familiarity with quality management systems, methodologies, and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards, and continuous improvement principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. Familiarity with technology systems used in fulfillment centers, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order processing software, and data analytics tools.
