**ROLE SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Sales & Revenue Generation**
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Present and promote the company’s talent development services to prospective clients, highlighting value and customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client requirements.

**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Implement retention strategies to encourage client loyalty and enhance repeat business, addressing any challenges proactively.

**3. Opportunity Creation & Solution Development**
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges, goals, and specific needs, translating these into actionable business opportunities.
- Work with clients to co-create solutions that are tailored to their requirements and offer unique value.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing clients to maximize revenue potential.
- Liaise with the operations and delivery teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

**4. Market Engagement & Networking**
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build new connections and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential leads and partnerships.
- Maintain active communication with potential clients in the pipeline, keeping them engaged with updates or relevant industry insights.

**5. Collaboration & Team Support**
- Coordinate with management and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client preferences, and competitor positioning.

**6. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular progress reports and sales forecasts to keep management informed of business development efforts.
- Document client feedback, case studies, and success stories to aid in refining sales pitches and business development materials.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- **Client-Centric Mindset**: Proven ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- **Sales Acumen**: Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in presenting to clients.
- **Adaptable**: Capable of managing multiple client priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- **Organized**: Detail-oriented, with solid organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline.
- **Strong technical skills**, including familiarity with common digital tools and platforms. Intermediate level in MS Excel and PowerPoint (or relevant).
- **Required language**: Excellent in English; nice to have: Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
