**E-commerce admin (Assistance in online sales)**

**Location**: HQ Perniagaan Setia 2

**Headcount**: 10
**Salary**: RM 2,200 basic + commission (Uncapped) Normally can up to RM4k+ - 5k.
**Working Hours**: 6 days/week, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Lunch Break**: 1 hour 30 minutes
**Probation Period**: 3 months

**Responsibilities**:
**You will work in a team of 3 (Live host, e-commerce admin and an admin for follow-up) There is a team KPI and also team commission shared. Your role as e-commerce admin will be to respond to the enquiries and customers' approach when the live stream is going on. You will play a vital role in introducing the products and persuasively close sales leads.**

**(Product niche is electronic goods: Laptop/Earbuds/Speakers and etc...)**
- Proactively source, engage, and close sales leads online
- Provide accurate product information and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure follow-up

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (online/offline)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Able to work independently with a proactive attitude

**Language Requirement**

Must be proficient in **Bahasa Malaysia** and **English** to liaise with clients and internal teams.
