**Job Title**: Graduate Apprenticeship Program (GAP) - Recruitment

**Location**: Subang Jaya (3 minutes walk from the LRT & BRT station)

- **The job description for a graduate apprentice in Recruitment may include the following responsibilities**:_

2. Supporting employee onboarding activities, such as preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of required documentation.

3. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

4. Participating in employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.

5. Supporting performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and employee development plans.

6. Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR databases.

7. Participating in training and development initiatives, both as a learner and potentially as a facilitator for certain topics.

8. Collaborating with HR team members on various projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, or talent management efforts.

9. Staying updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

10. Demonstrating a strong commitment to confidentiality, professional ethics, and the principles of HR.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources or any equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Fast, accurate, and able to work with minimum supervision.
