- **The job description for a graduate apprentice in HR / Recruitment may include the following responsibilities**:_
- Supporting employee onboarding activities, such as preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of required documentation.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participating in employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Supporting performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and employee development plans.
- Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR databases.
- Participating in training and development initiatives, both as a learner and potentially as a facilitator for certain topics.
- Collaborating with HR team members on various projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, or talent management efforts.
- Staying updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to confidentiality, professional ethics, and the principles of HR.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in HR/Marketing/Communication or any equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to identify exceptional talent across various disciplines.
- Fast, accurate, and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Must possess own transport.
- Able to work in USJ 1 Subang Jaya, Selangor (10 mins from USJ 7 LRT & BRT Station).
- Fresh graduates with passion in building career in Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Fully Vaccinated with Covid-19 Vaccination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
