**Job Overview**:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations on the site, ensuring that construction or maintenance work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily site operations.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
- Monitor progress and report on any delays or issues to the Project Manager.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise and manage on-site staff and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular briefings and meetings to communicate objectives and updates.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Address and report any safety concerns or incidents.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure it meets industry standards and project requirements.
- Inspect completed work and address any defects or issues promptly.
- Coordinate the delivery and use of materials and equipment.
- Manage inventory and ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager or relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on site-related matters.
- Address client concerns and manage expectations.
- **Problem-Solving**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Implement solutions to improve site operations and efficiency.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and construction practices.

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
