**Responsibilities**:

- Execute credit management and collection activities to ensure that internal controls are in place on a daily basis.
- Monitor payments due and compare them to the assigned credit limit/term. Highlight any potential debt collection issues.
- Monitor existing customers' credit and collection history.
- Create and send account statements to customers.
- Analyze customer payment performance and identify potential credit risks to reduce payment defaults.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management on an as-needed basis.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Degree in Accounting / Finance. However, those with Professional Certificate such as LCCI with 2 years of experience will be considered.
- Those with 1 year of working experience in Account Receivable (AR) would be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word.
