- Management of End-to-End foreign nationals hiring from sourcing stage in Indonesia until employed in any Bosch locations in Malaysia.
- Ensuring the entire process of hiring foreign nationals from Indonesia (professionals as well as skilled workers) undergo an efficient, ethical and compliant process until employed into any of the Bosch location in Malaysia
- Act as the key people partner managing the entire employee life cycle of Indonesian nationals working in Bosch Malaysia locations
- Advising the management and supervisor on international employment matters and policy changes in Indonesia that may disrupt or impose risks to business operations in Bosch Malaysia
- Build strong networks and engagement with only reliable and government recommended sourcing partners to ensure compliant sourcing process is in place
- Conduct periodical due diligence on hiring process from source country Indonesia until employed in Malaysia to report any deviations from ethical practices and identify areas for improvements
- Build strong collaboration with identified target universities in Indonesia which produce technical talents, particularly in the field of embedded software engineering
- Conduct detailed software engineering curriculum analytics used by local Indonesian Universities to gauge suitability of their program for Bosch Malaysia employment
- Organized periodical career talks in Bosch Indonesia to target local universities and to promote Software Engineering careers in Bosch Malaysia
- Conduct and administer psychometric testing and cultural integration profiling among students in Indonesia to ensure cultural and motivational fit among technical talents selected to join Bosch locations in Malaysia.
- Conduct employee counseling on any employee relations matter to support effective integration of Indonesian nationals into any of the Bosch Malaysia locations.
- Provide intercultural training and onboarding as well as goal setting management to Indonesian employees, with workshop moderations between their Malaysia supervisors to ensure job clarity and agreement is achieved between both parties
