**Qualifications & experience**

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Company Driver: - To drive company senior management and guests to various locations as per assigned - Drive company vehicles to pick and drop staff - Transporting staff, managements and visitors to and from airport, train station or to various locations - Maintain high standard of service
- Dispatch & Administrative Duties: - Deliver & submit important documents to required destinations - Photocopying, filing, handling mail, delivering goods and correspondences, carrying parcels, packages & delivery and collections of official documents as required - Assists F&A fixed dispatch duty
- Vehicle maintenance: - Keep vehicle clean and maintained at all times - Perform preventative and regular maintenance on vehicle
- Others: - Ensure punctuality and safe transport - Observe road and traffic laws & regulations - Prepare & submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, mileage. - Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ad hoc assignment as and when necessary
