_ **Responsibilities**:_ **Driver Duties**: - Safely drive foreign workers to their designated work locations and other required destinations, including embassy, banks, clinics, hospital and other appointments - Ensure safe and timely transportation of workers, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies - Standby during office hours and outside office hours as needed to provide transportation support - Special working conditions outside regular office hours, overtime, or as-needed work based on requirements including weekends and public holidays as needed that are job-related and consistent with business necessity - Adapt to changes in schedules or routes as required - Utilize GPS and other navigation tools for efficient route planning and timely arrivals - Stay familiar with local traffic patterns and routes to optimize travel time - Perform regular checks and basic maintenance on the company vehicle to ensure it remains in good working order - Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition, reporting any issues or necessary repairs **Despatch Clerk Duties**: - Collection and bank in cheques from customer - Pick up and deliver goods from customers and suppliers - Attending banking matters, collecting and sending document - Collect and deliver letters and documents to auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, post offices, and other relevant parties - Handle submissions for business licenses and other interactions with government departments - Submit and collect passports and documents at Immigration for foreign worker visa renewals - Submit and collect documents related to Customs and other relevant authorities - Handle various administrative tasks related to despatch duties, including assisting with office paperwork and settlement matters - Conduct weekly inspections of hostel cleanliness and report any issues or maintenance needs - Assist in ensuring hostel facilities meet company standards - Ensure all necessary administrative forms are completed and properly filed **Others** - Obeying the rules of the road and following company safety regulations - To ensure all pick-ups are completed in accordance with procedures and avoid missed pick-up - Cooperate with others section of department to ensure the operation process running smoothly - Obey and follow all instruction, regulation & policy given by the company at all time - Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required by the Management / superior from time to time - **Job Requirements**:_ - At least 1 year(s) of working experience as driver/despatch - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Possess driving experiences - Experience and familiar with the routes in Klang valley area - Knowledge in route planning - Knowledge of using any accounting software - Able to speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia and English - Familiar with route of Klang Valley & KL - **Valid license with "B2" and "D"class**: - **Valid license Public Service Vehicle (PSV)**: - Prompt, reliable, hardworking, p_unctuality_ and honest personality - **Possess own transport (motorcycle)** Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay **Experience**: - Driver: 1 year (preferred) License/Certification: - Driver's License (preferred)
