**Location: JIBRIL SUBANG (HQ)**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **QA & QC Assistant** to support quality assurance and quality control functions in our restaurant operations. This role ensures that food, beverages, and service consistently meet safety, hygiene, and brand quality standards.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA)**

i) Monitor compliance with **food safety regulations** (HACCP, GMP, local health & safety standards).

ii) Assist in developing and updating **SOPs** (kitchen, service, storage).

iii) Support staff training **on hygiene, safety, and quality standards**.

iv) Conduct **internal audits** and prepare reports for management.

**QUALITY CONTROL (QC)**

i) Perform **daily checks** on food preparation, storage, and handling.

ii) Ensure **ingredients and supplies** meet quality specifications upon receiving.

iii) Check the **cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance** of kitchen & dining areas.

iv) Verify **plating, portioning, and presentation** consistency.

v) Document non-conformities and follow up with **corrective actions.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Food Science, Food Technology, Hospitality,** or related field (preferred).
- Experience in F&B (restaurant, café, catering, or hotel) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of **HACCP, GMP, ISO**, or other food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
