Overview

Join Our Team as a **Warehouse Coordinator**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Receive all orders from suppliers in good condition and adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for receiving.
- Verify that all necessary documents from the supplier (Delivery Order and Invoice) accompany each shipment during the receiving process.
- Ensure that the delivered items match the order and the quantity specified.
- Acknowledge the receipt of the document and pass to Purchasing Executive before 5 pm on the same day.
- Inspect all non-food items for good condition and check the expiration dates for food products.
- In case of any damaged or expired items in the warehouse, may issue a goods return note to the supplier.
- Maintain responsibility for monitoring the quantity of items in the warehouse.
- Every time an item is taken out, it must be recorded on a request form from the warehouse.
- Conduct a monthly stock check in collaboration with the Purchasing department to ensure proper stock control and quantity management.
- Monitor stock levels for each item in the warehouse and promptly inform the Purchasing department when stock levels are low.
- Adhere to the FIFO method for both receiving and dispensing products from the warehouse.
- Organize and store all items in their designated locations.
- Assist in transportation coordination and contribute to improving workflow processes within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and efficient handling of goods.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma, preferably in Store or Warehouse Management.
- Solid understanding of warehouse systems and inventory control procedures.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
