**Office Location**: Ara Damansara (Have to attend training on site)
**Working hour**:24/7 shift rotation (Work for 5 days and 8 hours per day)
**Position: 2 years contract**

**Requirements**:

- Able to work in shift rotation
- Min education level: SPM (passed)
- Able to communicate in basic English, and proficiency in Mandarin

**You will play an important role in**:

- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
