**Requirements: -**
- Possess Advance Diploma/ Degree/ Master Degree in any related field from recognized university
- At least 1 year project management experience
- Advanced Project Management knowledge
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and MS Project
**Responsibilities: -**
- Assist on plans, guides, and oversees the day-to-day internal activities that support the Project Office, and assists in the development of the master project schedule and all other project work plans.
- Plan, organize and implement all workshop, meeting, and discussion. Responsible for managing files directory containing all the project information and activities such as correspondence, project deliverables, value management, presentation slides and other information for the projects
- Develop and provide templates for all the project documents and ensure that all documents in accordance with the agreed template.
- Help coordinate the work of project administration (administrative project work) such as printing documents, submission of documents, meetings, etc.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as instructed by superior.
**Salary: RM2,500-RM3,200**
**Work hours: Sun-Thurs (8AM-5PM)**
**Location: eTanah project at PTG Kelantan - Kota Bharu**

**Contract length: 12 months**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
