**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the architectural project planning and execution of architectural works in relation to approved Master Project Schedule
- Reviewing contract specifications and drawings and raise technical clarification for any discrepancy
- Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, Method of Statements
Coordination with Architect/ Consultants for technical/ shop-drawings submissions
- Coordinate trade demo, material testing from suppliers & review for approval from consultants
- Coordinate with consultants and other trades of discipline like MEP (Mechanical. Electrical, Plumbing) Structural Team, suppliers, vendors and Internal teams such as Safety Department, Operation Team and Architectural Supervisors, QS
Attend regular meetings with owner/client/project team/sub-contractors
- Responsible for the effective completion of Architectural Works within agreed time, cost, quality and safety
- Leading the Works for Mock-up Units (Sample Units) and to bring to completion within the agreed timeframe/ work phase
- Planning and monitoring of architectural materials/ special products requires longer procurement lead times
- Resolve architectural detailing/ technical issues on site during the architectural work progression phases
- Monitoring subcontractors’ works progress in achieving the agreed work schedules and/ work phases
- Coordinate with architectural supervisor on their scope and progress work
- Compilations and handing-over of Architectural documentations including As-built drawing submissions
- Monitor and Ensure timely and smooth progress of construction works
- Other assignments instructed by Project Managers

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in property development field.
