**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**PRODUCTION**
- Executive S.O.P. Implementation & 5S at all factory area
- Plan & monitoring all activities as well as operators in order to achieve quantity, quality and production lead time.
- Identify resources required for improvement in process and report to HOD
- Liaise with technical PIC in relation to tool and dies.
- Ensure all workers are committed and working towards producing quality conforming products.
- Involve in trouble shooting and investige activities pretaining to operation matters. To follow up and ensure the effectiveness of the countermeasure taken to overcome the problem.
- To assist Technical in implementing / enforcing Equipment Control Procedure
- Monthly review, check and execute all factor whether still effective for Yokoten or Not per month

**TRAINING**
- To ensure that On Job Training for all staff are being carried out.
- To conduct training schedule planning

**PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT**
- To ensure verification of parts are accepted via drawings, testing or mill certificate

**VENDOR DEVELOPMENT**
- To assist superior in vendor improvement
- To hold idscussion and assist vendor to comply with company requirement.
- To assist and co-ordinate supplier's audit.

**OTHERS**
- To ensure monthly production reports are generated.
- To ensure communication within department.
- To provide explanation and briefing of company's objectives, rules and regulations to subordinate.
- To ensure understanding of company's policy and company's objectives by subordinate
- To ensure implementation of action plan and procedures.
- To ensure 5's activities are carried out in respective work areas
- To conform to all safety rules set up by the Safety Committee.
- To ensure conformance to ISO 9001 & 14001 documentation and requirements.
- To upkeep work discipline among fellow workers.
- To review existing operation and recommend for improvement.
- To perform other related function.

**AUTHORITIES**

**General**
- To make decisions and considerable judgement on an on-going basis on related job scopes.
- To provide supervisory advice to subordinates.
- To provide suggestions and improvement proposals on an on-going basis.
- To access computer systems.

**Specific**
- To stop production process / machine when there is any quality or machine problem.
- To recall finished goods from storage as and when necessary.
- To be signatory on production and quality records.

**COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**

**Education Level**
- SPM / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

**Work Experience**
- Those without related qualification must have minimum 1 years working experience.
- Job experience related our manufacturing scope will be add advantage

**Special Knowledge / Skill**
- Good communication, interpersonal & Presentation skill.
- Able To make decision
- Have analytical skill
- Able handle microsoft office & powerpoint
- Able to speak in english & malay. Chinese speaking will be add advantage.
- Able to work shift if requested
