IT Customer Support Intern

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Customer Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, assisting customers with resolving issues and ensuring they have an excellent experience with our IT products and services. This internship is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a customer-first mindset to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
**The Core Job**:
- Provide first-level support and deliver effective resolutions to customer issues.
- Track, route, and redirect issues to the appropriate resources when necessary.
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes with patience and clarity.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about IT products and services.
- Maintain detailed logs of events, problems, and resolutions.
- Keep customer information and status up to date.
- Communicate customer feedback or suggestions to the relevant internal teams.
- Analyze support tickets and escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support when needed.
- Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
**Education/Experience**
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Keen interest in IT and technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Customer-focused mindset with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Internship duration: Any, 6 months and above will be preferred.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,050.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
