**About the role**:
We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Preschool. You will be responsible for driving new business development and enhancing our brand visibility in the local market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies to promote our educational services and attract new students.
- Conduct sales & marketing activities to promote programmes offered.
- Attend marketing activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and counselling sessions.
- Strategize and implement plans to increase students’ enrollment.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns.
- Review and ensure accuracy of all sales and marketing related materials (e.g website, social media, printed material etc.)
- Maintain and update on sales and marketing processes, pricing, partner. market information, video/photo taking etc.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance of all business development, marketing and admissions processes.
- Plan, execute and participates in roadshows, education fair and other marketing activities/event.
- Answers calls and walk-in queries regarding courses and programs.
- Follow-up on enquiries to potential students.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Language Proficiency: English, Malay and Mandarin will be added an advantage.

**Personal Attributes and Other Requirements**:

- Dynamic, persuasive and passionate about sales & marketing.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Detail Oriented and problem solving.
- Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software and social media platforms.
- Admin support; Customer Oriented.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
