**JOB RESPONSIBILTIES**
- HR Administration: Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records using our Human Resources Information System Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and other correspondence.
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of company events, team-building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- HR Compliance: Provide support in ensuring HR practices adhere to company policies and follow local labour laws and regulation,
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work at the HQ located in **Puchong**(3 mins to One City, USJ).
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
