**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and learn about the inner workings of HR operations in a professional environment. As an HR Intern, you will assist with recruitment, employee engagement, administrative tasks, and other HR-related activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and assisting in the orientation of new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee development activities.
- Help with the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and people management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
