**Talent Acquisition Intern**:
- Manage the full cycle of internship recruitment—from sourcing and phone screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on intern hiring needs and recruitment plans.
- Prepare and organize essential recruitment documents, including offer letters, NDAs, and onboarding forms.
- Research and suggest new sourcing channels to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to university outreach and help build strong partnerships with institutions for internship programs.
**What You’ll Learn**:
- Real-world experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Exposure to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication strategies.
- Involvement in daily HR operations such as onboarding and documentation.
- Hands-on use of HRIS tools and HR systems used by modern HR teams.
- Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in the workplace.
- Insights into building a positive workplace culture and supporting team morale.
- Introduction to people analytics and how data informs HR strategies.
- Development of soft skills like communication, empathy, and problem-solving through real HR scenarios.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to internship in Puchong
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
