**Talent Acquisition**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internship positions, including sourcing, phone screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on intern requirements and recruitment timelines.
- Assist in preparing and organizing recruitment documentation such as offer letters, NDAs, and relevant onboarding forms.
- Research and suggest new recruitment platforms and strategies to enhance hiring efforts.
- Support talent sourcing and headhunting activities across various channels.
- Help build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and colleges for internship programs.

**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to internship in Puchong
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
