Job description:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Communication with hiring manager for hiring plan.
- Responsible for performing a full cycle of recruitment of internship students (sourcing, phone screening, interview, onboarding)
- Assist in documentation of offer letter, NDA & other forms.
- Research and propose new recruitment channel to management from time-to time
- Assists to do talent searching or headhunting job.
- Assists to support recruitment activity such as strategic partnerships with University/College in internship programs

**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to internship in Puchong
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
