**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to the QA team, ensuring that team members are aligned with the company's goals and quality standards.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy, outlining the testing methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure the highest levels of quality across all products and services.
- Effectively manage resources within the QA team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, skill development, and efficient workload distribution.
- Set clear performance expectations for the team, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to help team members achieve their full potential.
- Continuously assess and refine QA processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Define and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs to assess product quality and performance.
- Provide regular reports on QA findings, trends, and improvement areas to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement a structured defect management process, including tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
- Collaborate with production and product development teams to ensure timely and effective defect resolution.
- Ensure products comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
- Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training programs to enhance technical skills and keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to assess QMS compliance, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate external audits (including customer audits) for certifications, ensuring successful outcomes and adherence to audit requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma In Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
