**Key Responsibilities**:
- Examining/troubleshooting customer’s appliances and identifying the cause of breakdowns.
- Performing maintenance/service work on customer’s appliances.
- Replacing defective parts on appliances/products upon identifying the root cause of breakdowns.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all items/parts used for repair process and maintaining appliances in the system provided.
- Performed monthly schedule spare parts cycle count and record accordingly.
- Provide advice and basic understanding on product/appliances use and functionalities.
- Maintain standard customer service level communication with customers.
- Provide assistance in used parts disposal (e-waste) according to standard regulations.
- Collect spart parts arranged by supply chain/warehouse team once released for pick up.
- Performing ad hoc task assigned by leader from time to time.
**Key Requirement**:
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or relevant field. MLVK/SKM
- 1 year experience in working in related field. (Fresh graduate encourage to apply
- Ability to work in long hour and weekend.
- Ability to use various hand tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Understanding of basic customer service skills.
**Performance Allowance : RM200**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
