Retail Sales Representatives are primary responsible for effective sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in managing quality products and service delivery. You need to perform sales as determined by the business management to work together as a sales team.

**Requirement**
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Preferably retail sales experience or face-to-face customer service roles (Retail/ Hospitality/ F&B (Barista).
- Malaysian Only
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong passion for sales.
- Flexible to work with retail hours such as weekends and public holidays
- Salary package: Basic up to RM2.2k
- 2.8K (experience) + Commission per individual

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Attending walk-in customers and developing good customer relations and maintaining customer database
- Promote and develop sales, conduct direct marketing activities
- Make presentations of company products and services to potential customers
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Respond to sales inquiries and follow up on retail sales activity
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
- Participates in sales events
- Observant with competitors and the market conditions
- Report a problem to Superior/Manager if any
- Work closely with the Sales Team to find solutions to address such problems if any
- Be customer-friendly with pleasant and effective communication, and result oriented
- Formulate pricing policies with the Superior/Manager in charge
- Ensuring pricing is correct and items in the store are correctly displayed with sales tags
- Identify future and current trends of products that appeal to customers
- Ensure retail outlets are merchandised ready and displayed clean and tidy
- Ensure items are in stock and maintain inventory level with demand and supply
- Ensure sales promotions are in with the company’s standards and guidelines
- Analyse retail financial expenses and operating statements, record daily sales figures
- Ensure cash sales and sales amounts are updated daily on time
- Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
