SALES REPRESENTATIVES (LOCATION : GLENMARIE SHAH ALAM, JOHOR BAHRU & PENANG)

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products to customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Prepare sales reports and updates.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM qualification with at least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the personal care & retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Possess Microsoft business software skills, e.g Ms Excel, Ms Power Point.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
