Fit Out Project Executive

**JOB SCOPE**:

- Develop project by reviewing project proposals and plans from interior designers & having discussion with management.
- Maintain and monitor project schedules, project progress, coordination and resolving issues.
- Monitor fit-out plan and the progress of implementation (Including liaise with mall fit-out team, mechanical & electrical system, lightning system, and etc).
- Plan & organize resources to ensure smooth operations & corrective measures for M&E system, facilities and all equipment of the business.
- Manage a team of building services personnel who are responsible for regular maintenance, electrical wiring and repair of utility systems such as heating, ventilation, plumbing and for regular structural maintenance.
- Responsible in renovation works inspection and lot preparation and resolve fit-out issues.
- Complete the implementation based on the targeted opening date

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Prioritize for those with experience in construction fit-out/renovation or related work.
- Professional license is an advantage but not required.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and can work under pressure.
- Preferable those with project management background & skills.
- Can keep up with tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, result driven, problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel across project sites, flexible with time and willing to render overtime work.
