Cha Bang Ang is looking for a Customer Service / Customer Relation Executive who is expert in serving the best for customers. Must have good skills in communication and provide solutions to customer problems.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Ensure customer happiness by creating team connection, communicating direction and goals, providing regular performance feedback, and developing leaders of the team to ensure career growth
- Follow up and resolve customer monthly progress and ensure it’s close to satisfaction comply with Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Daily monitoring to key in their performance progress
- Follow up and settle customers’ complaints and problems and ensure that customers are satisfied.
- Keep all the records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer’s needs.
- Ensure the customer will give a review/feedback after they check-out
- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communication or related field.
- Provide good impressions by customers.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
- Can manage a large volume of WhatsApp Chats and Calls.
- Must know how to handle requests and complaints.
- Evolve working product knowledge for multiple product lines.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Could entertain customers on WhatsApp Chat or WhatsApp Call.
- Able to communicate well with and work in a team.
- Have soft skills and can conduct outbound calls.
- Must know some knowledge about computers (Microsoft).
- Could provide fast and furious replies to customers
- Able to provide solutions to problems shared by customers or agents.
**SKILLS**
- Fluent in English and Malay
- Creative and think out-of-the-box
- Able to multitask.
- Able to work face-to-face and online.
- Good communication skills.
