Working closely with the Financial Controller, the Corporate Finance Manager shall provide support for the execution of corporate exercises, including due diligence, M&A etc.

Good knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow analysis, financial analysis, reporting to stakeholders etc.

Support on the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyzing and interpreting financial data to support business decisions.

Liaise with bankers, stakeholders etc for financing facilities.

Continuously monitor and review of the covenants across the debt facilities, and negotiate amendments and waivers with the lenders where necessary.

Managing ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:
Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.

Familiarity with listing requirement (Bursa / SGX) and accounting standards.

Qualified Accountant &/ with Big 4 audit background be favorably considered.

Minimum of 4 years of Corporate Finance or Accounting professionals are welcome to apply.

Meticulous with an eye for details.

In-depth knowledge of Financial Statements rules & regulations, guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, risk management control, listing rules, etc.

A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, organized, and able to learn quickly, and independently with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

An excellent team player who is able to engage internal and external stakeholders of all levels with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment.

**Salary**: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
