Admin Executive

**Responsibility**:
- Manage office supplies, orders, and inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Manage orders with suppliers and reply to messages.
- Manage and arrange shipment orders and resolve any issues that arise.
- Any Ad Hoc duties will be assigned.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel, Power Point), SQL system.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and market trends.
