**Location**: Subang Parade Mall

**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Greet guests with a warm smile, assist with seating, and address any inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
- **Order Taking**: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our restaurant's ordering system. Ensure that orders are correctly relayed to the kitchen and bar to maintain smooth operations.
- **Table Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring that condiments are well-stocked. Monitor the dining room for any spills or messes and promptly address them.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including descriptions of dishes and beverage options. Be prepared to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow service crew members, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless coordination and teamwork. Communicate effectively to ensure that guest needs are met efficiently and promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for Japanese cuisine and a genuine desire to provide exceptional hospitality
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
