**About the Role**

We are looking for an accomplished and visionary **Public Relations Director** to lead the Group’s communication and reputation strategy across the Philippines and international markets. This role requires a confident leader with exceptional communication, media relations, and strategic thinking skills. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s public image, strengthening brand influence, and guiding all PR initiatives toward impactful business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive **PR and communication strategies** that enhance brand visibility and corporate reputation.
- Provide **strategic direction** to PR projects, campaigns, and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee **client relationship management**, public affairs, and high-level external engagements.
- Build and nurture strong connections with **media, business, and community leaders** to expand brand influence.
- Lead **crisis communication** planning, response, and reputation risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Serve as a **spokesperson and strategic advisor** to senior leadership on communication matters.

**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in **Communications, Media, Journalism, or Public Relations**.
- Fluent in **English and Chinese** (spoken and written).
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years in a **senior PR or communications leadership role**.
- Strong strategic mindset, media insight, and stakeholder management capability.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and crisis-handling skills.
- International exposure or experience working with clients in **South America, India, or Africa** is an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- **Appearance**: Professional, confident, and well-presented with strong personal charisma.
- **Language**: Fluent in both **English and Chinese** (spoken and written).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in **Communications, Media, Journalism, or related disciplines.**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong logical thinking, clear articulation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- **Bonus Points**: *Proven achievements in PR or current professional field & Possession of **government, legal, or media network resources**.

**岗位职责：**
- 负责集团公关项目管理工作，拓展并维护客户关系，为客户提供专业而高效的公关咨询服务
- 根据客户需求，制定客户公关服务方案，监督跟进各个环节的工作分工和实施。
- 主导外部客户接洽工作，协助新客户的洽谈，谈判策略及规划，协调及跟进等工作；
- 开拓与维护核心资源，监控业务舆情，发掘潜在危机并进行拦截处理

**任职资格**
- 大学本科以上学历
- 高情商人才，具备大型公司公关工作经历，在当前领域出色，逻辑清晰；较强的人际沟通，思维理解能力；
- 中英文流利，出色的沟通技巧和团队协作精神、书面口头表达能力优秀；
- 具备战略思维、政策洞察力和项目管理能力，善于开发与整合资源；
- 性格开朗不失沉稳，面对挫折，有较强自我管理能力，最好有海外 南美、印度、非洲等客户工作服务部人才。

**Working Location: Relocating to Philippines**

**Salary Range: Up to MYR60,000**

**Others Benefits: Visa provided, Monthly performance bonus, 13 month salary, etc**
